The initial roll-out enabled homeowners and contractors to be matched together through a simple process completed on any mobile device, beginning with a QR code and culminating with a friendly follow-up by email, text message, and even a phone call confirming the referral. In between, Volley’s matching wizard uses multiple decision criteria to ensure the right homeowner and right contractor are put in touch. KC LandMat monitors all the progress from their dashboard, and can even offer a coupon to both parties to incentivize direct revenue and continued loyalty.
